Excellent process at Clinic 14, with Mr Alexander his usual courteous, attentive and capable self. Could not ask for more.

From the first meeting he made me feel totally at ease and was very personable to me and my partner. Nothing was too much trouble for Philip Alexander (even on a Bank Holiday) and he arranged emergency surgery for the next morning and phoned me to reassure me that everything was going according to plan and in place. I have had several operations on my eye and Philip Alexander was always positive which helped me cope with the situation. I always had a strong belief that Philip Alexander would succeed and in the end this was true. I would have no hesitation in recommending him or his team and if necessary he would be my first choice of consultant.
